At Alex Adefemi Advisory, we are more than consultants; we are catalysts for transformation. With years of experience working with top executives, business leaders, and organizations, our mission is simple—to help you unlock your full potential as individuals, leaders and teams.
Founded by Alex Ade Adefemi, a seasoned executive and leadership coach and management consultant, who’s worked across Africa, Europe and North America. He set up our firm after seeing that many organizations were just coasting through their tasks with little or no passion, emotional intelligence, empathy or solid team work.
He then assembled our team of experts to be deliberately designed and designated to help leaders and their teams around the world, build transformative leadership in their ranks, equip teams to unlock consistent peak performance in each other, and take their results to the next level.
